The standard range includes 2.1 m, 2.5 m and 2.8 m cutterbars designed for disc mowers with side mounting and bevel-gear drive.
Is the cutterbar sold as a complete assembly?
Yes. The product can be supplied as a complete cutterbar assembly with a set of discs.
Do the cutterbars allow quick blade replacement?
Yes. The blade-holder design is intended to allow quick blade replacement.
Can three blades be fitted to each disc?
Yes. The manufacturer provides the option of fitting the cutterbar with three-blade discs to increase cutting capacity.
How are the gears for the cutterbars manufactured?
The gears for these assemblies are manufactured on CNC machine tools. For the cutterbars, the manufacturer specifies gear teeth manufactured to quality grade 6–7.
What are the discs and skids made of?
The discs and skids are made from materials with increased wear resistance, intended to improve the durability of components operating directly above the ground.
Can I order a cutterbar with non-standard specifications?
Yes. AGROKOWALSKI can manufacture cutterbars to individual specifications. The scope of manufacture is agreed after analysing the required dimensions and drive configuration.
What is the best way to order spare parts?
The best approach is to provide the manufacturer's part number or item code. If the number is unknown, please provide the machine model, year of manufacture, a photo of the component and its basic dimensions.
