Machine description:
- our very large machinery park allows us to manufacture every part that is a component of our mowers,
- we are the only company in Poland to use a gearbox with SPIRAL bevel gears as a standard, which makes the machine much quieter and more robust,
- all gears are hardened in reputable hardening shops and have a quality certificate,
- bearings used in our machines are manufactured by Polish manufacturers FŁT KRAŚNIK and PPL KIELCE, which ensures virtually failure-free operation of the machine,
- the main frame is made in the machining centre using one mount, which ensures the precision of execution,
- robust angle gearing transmitting drive to the working shaft, equipped with a one-way clutch as a standard,
- the drive shafts are made of tempered steel to withstand overloading during operation,
- all machines are made of top-quality certified steel, shot blasted and powder coated.
OPTION: A new version of the three-point tractor hitch is available, which allows the mower to be tilted to the rear of the vehicle during transport, hiding the mower completely within the contours of the tractor. In this option, the transport position is locked by a pin, unlocked from the tractor cab.

What tractor horsepower is required for the individual drum mowers?
According to the technical specifications, the minimum required power is approximately 22 HP for the 1.35 m MINI, 28 HP for the 1.35 m, 40 HP for the 1.65 m, 60 HP for the 1.85 m and 70 HP for the 2.10 m model.
What PTO speed is required?
AGROKOWALSKI drum mowers are designed to operate at 540 rpm PTO speed.
What is the difference between the 1.35 m MINI and the standard 1.35 m mower?
The MINI version has a shortened frame and is intended, among other applications, for horticulture, orchards and use with tractors having a narrower track width. The minimum power requirement is approximately 22 HP.
How many cutting blades do the drum mowers have?
Models in this series are equipped with two drums and a total of six cutting blades.
What is the cutting height?
According to the technical specifications, the cutting height is 32 or 42 mm, depending on the machine setting.
Can the drum mowers be equipped with hydraulics?
Yes. Hydraulics and a PTO shaft are available as options for selected models. On the 2.10 m Z001/3 model, hydraulics and the PTO shaft are included as standard according to the current specification.
How are the larger models protected against impacts with obstacles?
The 1.85 m and 2.10 m models feature a mechanical break-back safety device with hardened inserts, reducing the risk of serious damage in the event of an impact with an obstacle.
What distinguishes the AGROKOWALSKI drum mower drive system?
The design incorporates bevel gears, while key transmission components are manufactured for high durability. The gears undergo heat treatment, and the drive shafts are made from quenched and tempered steel.
Are spare parts available for the drum mowers?
Yes. AGROKOWALSKI manufactures and sells a wide range of spare parts for its own mowers, including transmission components, shafts, gears and cutting-system parts.
